These terms are between you and (ABN ), the operator of QuoteMatch.

The service

QuoteMatch reads purchase orders and scopes you upload, helps you price them from your own price book, and lets you send quotes for approval. The extracted line items, comparisons and prices are suggestions. You must check every quote before you send it. You're responsible for the prices, reasons and photos in your quotes.

Free trial and subscription

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. After that, the service costs the monthly price shown on our pricing page, including GST. It's billed in advance through Stripe and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Your data

Your price book, quotes and uploads belong to you. You can export your price book at any time. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, try to access other businesses' data, or use the service to send unwanted messages.

Availability and liability

We work to keep QuoteMatch available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
