Automatic sending
When on, a quote is sent straight after the PO is read, but only if every PO line matched a locked price book rate, nothing was added or changed, any higher rate already has a reason, and the PO gave a contact. You get 15 seconds to cancel. Anything else waits for you.
Categories
When "Sell price from buy price" is on, typing a buy price in the price book fills in the sell price with this markup (you can type over it), and items with only a buy price are priced at buy + markup. When it's off, every item needs a sell price typed in. Claude sorts each PO line into one of these.
